Q. - Where can I buy Lavender Lane Baking Co. baked goods?

 A - We sell products on our website, at our Costa Mesa bakery, or at certain local Orange County markets.  Please check our Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter for a list markets we attend and when we will be there!


Q -– Where do you source your ingredients?

 A - We are picky!  We scour the country to find the most trusted and transparent suppliers of the freshest ingredients.

Q – Is your Chocolate vegan?

 A – Yes!


Q – Are all Lavender Lane Baking Co.  products vegan?

 A – Some, but not all so, please check ingredients in each of our products. If it turns out the dessert you desire is not vegan, send us an email and ask for a special order.  We are able to make many of our products vegan.  So just ask!

Q - When does my order ship? 

 A – In order to keep items fresh, we bake during the first part of the week and then ship toward the end of the week.  Our products contain no preservatives so orders are shipped frozen via FED EX and USPS.   


Q – Can I Set Up A Subscription Service?

 A – Yes! You can set up an account on our website to receive a regular monthly order. Orders are shipped monthly. Save with monthly subscriptions.


Q – Can I cancel or put a temporary hold on my subscription?

 A – Absolutely and without cost (but we would be sad to see you go ☹). We are also able to put a temporary hold on future orders. Just ask!


Q – Can you ship to a P.O. Box address?

 A – Yes.


Q – Do Lavender Lane Baking Co. products contain any allergens?

 A – Yes. While Oour baked goods are made in a designated gluten-free facility, our products may contain tree nuts, and eggs.  If you have a concern, please see our ingredients list.


Q – Can I get my order expedited? 

 A -– We will make every effort to expedite your order.  Contact us and let us know your timeframe. Regular orders are usually shipped priority 2-3 day, to ensure freshness.


Q – What Is Your Refund / Return Policy?

 A – Because our products are baked fresh for you and are perishable, we do not accept returns.  We are; however, 100% committed to your satisfaction. If there are any issues, contact us to let us know what is going on. Decisions on replacements or refunds are made on an order by order basis.

Q – How should I store my baked goods?

A - Our products are baked fresh, have no preservatives, and are shipped frozen. If you have a serious sweet tooth like us, our products can be stored at room temperature for about one week or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. If you only treat yourself to a dessert on a special occasion, then our products can be stored in the freezer for up to a month (if properly wrapped).
