ABOUT LAVENDER LANE BAKING CO.

Christine and Sarah, friends for almost 20 years, struggled with the question many moms face when they want to treat their families to desserts and special treats, but with healthier ingredients. Both of their families were fighting against the threat of several autoimmune disorders and food allergies. They struggled to solve the persistent problem: How do you get your family to reach for a more healthful cookie or brownie that won’t derail their wellness goals?

The two friends got busy and combined their collective backgrounds in nutrition, mental health and entrepreneurial business development with their passion for baking and hunger for healthier, pure, indulgent treats. Together, they founded Lavender Lane Baking Co. in 2018.

At Lavender Lane Baking Co., we take pride in knowing that all of our treats are free of gluten, grains, soy, GMOs, trans fats, lactose and artificial ingredients. (No added refined sugar, with the exception of the dairy-free dark chocolate chips use of cane sugar).

The result? A delectable selection of baked goods - brownies, cookies, cakes, granola, dark chocolate bark, and low carb, keto sandwich bread - that won’t  derail your pursuit of a more healthful, nutritious diet, while maintaining the ultimate flavor and texture of your all-time favorite treats. As Christine and Sarah like to say, Lavender Lane’s gluten-free, grain-free, paleo-friendly baked goods are healthy…made delicious!
